I have been unable to e-mail contributions statements to donors. As I understand it, PowerChurch does not run reports on our church's server, only on my PC, so the email server cannot be accessed. I also understand that this was not always the case. Is there an update I can download to fix this prob...

I have begun adding 2006 contributions. I noticed that when I run an "Active Pledge Report" that if someone makes a weekly pledge, Powerchurch multiplies that by 53 weeks rather than 52 weeks to get the total amount of the pledge. How come?

I did the reindex and now have a real problem: When I run an individual report, I still do not get the info. When I run all contribution records, I get either an error message or a message saying it is not supported. I will contact the technical department tomorrow.

When I do "All Contributors" - how do you run a reindex?

It doesn't matter whether I run Daily Amounts or Full Fund Details, I can't get the daily amounts. All I get is the Fund Summary.

Correct - I see the totals but not the daily amounts.

It is available on the drop down and I selected it however, it is not showing up.

I checked and we do have the latest release dated 8/11/2005.

When I run the Contributions statements, the daily detail is missing. This has never happened before. Help!

I tried to run the "Attendance Registration Form", "weekly column" format report but couldn't get it to work. I got a list of names but not the weekly date columns that I usually get. I've used this in the past and wonder if there is a problem with the new releases?

If a person has "view only" access to the accounting screens, can they still run reports against the accounting segment?
