Well, that did it! I changed to the Windows XP theme and I am able to input 2 digits now. Thank you so much. I'm sorry it took so much effort for such a simple thing. Have a blessed day.

When I use the up and down buttons and I get to the double digits, it changes from a single number to an asterisk. If I use tab to get to the box, it still only allows a single digit. The curser will not move left or right within the box, but will move to the next box, which means to me that there i...

How can I set the auto repeating entries due date for the end of the month? Every time I try to enter a two-digit number, it only accepts one. Example: I enter 28 and only the 2 is accepted. Another question: During a reconcile I have a voided check with no counter entry that shows up. I have no ide...

Tax payments

In preparing to pay my quarterly taxes, I ran an account activity report for all payroll deductions. It appears that last year I didn't debit the liability accts properly, since Fed. Withholding shows a negative balance and the others show a positive balance equal to the entire year's withholdings. ...

Merging two member records

I have two separate member records each with a different first name and the same last name. I recently found out that they are one and the same person.

I understand how to move a profile, but how do I merge them to become one profile, not just an added person to that family?

Thanks.

They are both in the same COA. Can I just debit one fund and credit the other in the fund module or do I need to pass it through the main checking account as 2 transactions?

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.

I appreciate all of the input. I have incurred another problem with this contribution. The gift has already been posted into the Pastor Appreciation fund and a check written to the pastor. He returned the check and asked that the money be put into the Church Restoration Fund. I voided the check (whi...

Thanks. I understand that now. On the expense side do I enter the check I write to him against his salary then or maybe "Bonus"? Or do I need a separate expense account?

I really appreciate your help. I am definately not an accountant!
