Income fund.

I created a new fund for a drive to pave our driveway. Pledges post to it and so does Vanco, but it does not show up on my Balance Sheet.
What did I do wrong and how do I correct it? Thanks.

We accidentally underpaid our Pastor in 2018. They would like it to show up in 2018 records even though we are going to pay them in 2019 for that error. How can we do this?

Thanks Matt. When we printed his W2 only one portion showed up. Do we just manually adjust the W2? How do we get them both on the W2 for 2019? Thanks again.

Our Pastor puts $3,000 per year into his HSA from his salary and the church also sends $3,000 directly to his HSA account. How do we show this on the W2 and how should we show this for 2019? Thanks.

Since this is a church software, there should be a way to enter the Pastor's salary as not FICA taxed but federally taxed. Am I missing something somewhere? I am very new to this and probably am.
