Thanks a million for your response! I'll re-index and run reports as needed to find the records with typos to get that cleaned up.

Is there a way to clear typos in the list that cities are stored in? These come up in the pre-fill option when typing the city and I'd like to clean the list. There are only a couple, but it's annoying.

The Contribution Fund you are referring to would be the one our Financial Secretary points to when recording the gift, correct? I am familiar with we set those up.

We paid for a large expense and are raising funds after the fact. Because the expense has already been paid, can we allocate these donations to an unrestricted income account? Our leadership has requested that we have "two-deep coverage" for the System Admin role in PowerChurch. Our current System Admin has indicated that only one System Admin account can be created.
