Is there a way to print sick time and vacation time on paystubs by fiscal year rather than by calendar year?
Thank you.

Adding "music type" or "music groups"
Our music director isn't allowed to add "music type" or "music group" options. I've checked her profile & permissions, and have ticked all the boxes for Music Library access. When I'm logged in as SysAdmin, I am able to create these labels for her to use, but clearly it'd be best if she could do it ...

Accounting Custom Report
I am trying to create a custom report in Accounting, and have never done one before so I'm struggling. I want like an I&E report that only shows 6 line items so I can quickly run a report showing how much each employee has spent out of their Professional Dvp money for the year, and how much is budge...

Re: Directory to Excel
I export the data to Excel, but it doesn't come out in columns. It comes as blobs (Technical term?) of data, and I then have to manually move addresses to the Address column, and phone numbers to a Phone number column, etc etc etc. Luckily, we are a small church, so this is possible, but the "export...

Re: Directory to Excel
Well--the forum cleaned up the look! (Ha!)
The data is actually spread out across 10 excel columns, with no headers and most of the columns being blank.

Re: Directory to Excel
Can the directory or other membership info somehow be exported so it doesn't look like this: I need it in columns: Last name, First name, Street address, City, State, Zip, E-mail, Phone. We need it so that we can do things like print nametags, print envelopes, print letters, set up an online directo...

Directory to Excel
Is it possible to export the Directory information to Excel for editing/manipulation?
The Directory from PC prints inactive (adult) children and deceased spouses, and I need to remove those and not have them in our new directory.

Re: Direct Deposit Step by Step
How is the direct deposit information communicated to the bank? Is that done by Powerchurch, or do we have to do it externally?

Re: Couples with Different Last Names or Hyphenated Names
What is the best way to enter the names when both parties of a couple are active members? I have Mr. Jones married to Ms. Smith. I'm able to search and find Mr. Jones, but I cannot find Ms. Smith. The only way to find her info is to "just know" that she is married to Mr. Jones and to look him up and...

I need to know how to set up Vanco in Powerchurch so that contributions can go to two different bank account.

Renumbering line item, reusing numbers
I've read through some of the old forums, and know I can renumber a line item, but I don't know if I can reuse the number. Example: I have item 01-1234-999 that shouldn't be "999"--which we generally used for "misc." I need to change 01-1234-999 to something else: 01-1234-998. No problem there, righ...

"Fund Balance" out of balance
My "Fund Balance" is out of balance for a few funds. For example: Fund 03 is short by $.02. Meanwhile, Fund 01 is over by $.02. How can I rectify this? Below is the Balance Sheet for Fund 03: ASSETS 1000 CURRENT ASSETS 1100 BANK ACCOUNTS 1110 CHECKING ACCOUNTS 1120 1ST BANK-Checking 1122 $9,456.53 T...
