Hooray! Third time was a charm. Somehow it restored on the third try.. Edited 06/19 at 8:55 PM est. Just bought a new laptop with windows 11 and installation of PCPlus v12.2 worked just fine except I cannot do a restore from the backup files of the old w10 computer..
