Re: Removing an erroneous entry
The input was a duplicate and not wanted. It was in Accounts Payable, and the item was, I believe, saved but not posted. I'm not sure that it wasn't posted, but I do not think it was. Is there any way to verify that? I would like to delete the whole input, but as I mentioned, it suggests that if I t...

Removing an erroneous entry
I mis entered/saved an entry in the Accounts Payable Module. It was saved but not posted. When I realized it, it appears that I cannot delete the item since it has been saved in the Account Payable section. Is there any way to remove the error or do I have to post it, etc. and then go back and corre...

Printing Posting Report
I have made the error in that I hit the finish button instead of the posting report button when concluding a collection and thus had no documentation for the work. Is there a way to go back and find and print the posting report? I have tried but have not been able to figure out the sequence. Thank y...

How to reprint a contribution report
I inadvertently missed printing a contribution statement by hitting finish prematurely. I would like to be able to print that statement to include in my files to confirm the contributions. Once that step is passed, is there a way to go back and print a specific statement? I am unable to locate guida...

Re: How to Merge 2 Contributors into one?
What if the 2 family members have the same envelope # but when pulled up under contributions, they come up separately. When you look at each individual, under their data both names are included as tho they are in a family, but when pulled up under contributions, they are listed individually (e.g. Mr...

How to Merge 2 Contributors into one?
In the past several separate family members have been input into the contributions module instead of being input as one family (wife and husband). I would like to correct the situation. Is there a way to merge the 2 into a single family unit and thus have their contributions merged also? Thank you.....

Re: Correcting an Error by restoring
Neil, It worked out fine. I actually used a separate USB flash drive that I had only the specific date wanted. It cleared me back to 2/24 and I was able to make the reversal/corrections and re-reconcile both accounts. I was quite leery about the reconciling but it worked out fine. All is a learning ...

On the prior reply the top line is a debit and the lower one a credit. The DC was changed when sent to you. pw.
