Thank you but I do I enter into the transaction? I debit the income account for water and credit the checking account?

We sell water during service to help with the kids ministry. What is the best way to track that?

The income and expense report shows the entries correctly but when I run accounting fund report it shows the expense column as negative but the ending balance show it as an addition. What am I doing wrong? I want a report to show what our fund balance is at the end of the month.

What is the best way to record a cash donation without identifying themselves. We have members that don't fill out an envelope but put cash in the donation box.
