Re: Membership Rolls report
Poking around more this weekend I found a report called (something like) “Selected phone numbers and addresses” that was able to do what I need. I passed this option over earlier because I explicitly did not want phone numbers or addresses, but it turns out I can clear all the number/address check b...

Membership Rolls report
I need to print the church roster for an upcoming business meeting. The Active/Inactive Profiles reports are almost exactly what I need but I don’t want to print all the street addresses. I’d also like to remove the Givings column but I can at least zero that field out in the report builder. Can som...

Re: pcbackup12.exe - Sending email returned: Email failed
Yes, the backup creates a backup file in the expected directory. (I guess I’m only assuming it’s a valid backup file because I haven’t tested it). Also, the log file reports the backup was successful.

Re: Use an existing (default) report as a template/starting point for a custom report?
You’re right. I did find the separate report, but that’s an extra step for counters who are not all PC savvy. I’m hoping to get both reports combined into one. I’ve emailed this feature request as suggested in another post. Does this forum have a getting started post to provide a quick tutorial on c...

Re: pcbackup12.exe - Sending email returned: Email failed
I agree that’s what it looks like, but as best I can tell, the system email is setup and authenticated. I verified this by sending myself a test email via PC using the system default email settings.
I don’t know if I understand your second question. The email uses gmail’s smtp server.

Use an existing (default) report as a template/starting point for a custom report?
I'm using 12.2 on the most current (I think) Maintenance Release. I'd like to modify the existing "Funds Report" so that it also includes a breakdown of contribution type (check/cash/online). I'm not looking to get the breakdown per fund, just hoping to append the breakdown below the existing report...

Re: Version 12 - 2/16/2022 Maintenance Release
Hello. Where can I request a feature be added to a future maintenance release? In Membership > Attendance > Fast Data Entry, the "Add Person" brings up an "Add Attendees" window. I'd like to request 2 features: (should be fixed) The keyboard space/enter/etc button doesn't work to select the checkbox...

pcbackup12.exe - Sending email returned: Email failed
Hi folks! I am trying to setup automatic backups with the task scheduler. I believe I have the scheduler working, but I'd like to get an email when the backup completes. I have authenticated to the gmail smtp server and verified that I can manually send an email from PowerChurch by clicking the enve...

Switching to "Contact" tab on personal profile screen with keyboard
I've discovered that I can "Add" a new profile by clicking 'A', "Delete" by clicking "D", etc, but some of the letters are duplicated. For example, when I click 't' hoping to switch to the "Contact" tab, instead it tries to 'Tag' the record. I figured maybe the tabs need to be combined with another ...
