Yeah that should do it. Make a new Building Fund and a Missions Fund, and just copy the relevant accounts over, including their group accounts. That will allow you to do an I&E by Fund, and see just the accounts relevant to the purpose

Are the Missions and Building accounts separate in the bank or are they all part of your main checking account? It sounds like what you might want is to use separate accounting funds. They're generally fairly small installs, so it's a good idea to keep them around in case you ever need access to their data. The Deceased Status is generally a Personal Status. You could export from Personal Profiles, and exclude Deceased, but that doesn't necessarily sound like what you're trying to accomplish. Most PDF viewers will default to scale to fit the content on the page. You may need to check the preferences of the particular PDF viewer you're using, and set the scaling to use the original formatting

Something you could try: when you get to the point that you select which printer to use, you could print as PDF. That will save the files locally. Then open the PDF, and try printing from there. Set the preference to 1-sided from the PDF viewer.

It sounds like you have the Associate Pastor Pay Item set to taxable. You can find this by going to Accounting>Payroll>Setup>Maintain Item Descriptions, and then Locating the Item. Look for the Tax Options field

There are 17 options within the dropdowns that Zorak mentioned; if those don't have what you're looking for you may need to consider creating a Custom Report.
