Re: Church Maintenance Planning
Thanks for the reply. I have been a user since the beginning of time, a former Intrument engineer and have taught maintenence planning. In addition, I was on staff at a church for about 8+ years as the maintenance and IT coordinator. I researched many outside applications and settled on one. Unfortu...

Re: Idea for Record Keeping: Maintenance Log
Untill PC+ developes a Maintenence Planning module, I have discovered a company that has a self contained application that uses MS Axcess as the database platform. For non profits (Churches) they only charge a annual tech support and provide you the application without charge. I have taught maintene...

Re: examples of custom codes for membership module
While we've been users for awhile, I would not mind seeing what other churches use as well. New question, How do most churches handle people who move, leave the church? You don't delete do you?

Online Registration Capability
We presently use version 11 with the check-in feature locally on our network server. Is there a method to register individuals for an event directly in PC+11 or along with "Onebody"? It would be a great advantage to "Onebody" to be able to give individuals access to register for events online. Thanks

Re: Error while running Fund Report
Is it possible to set up the contribution module such that when you post contributions it will default to the same option, for us it would be to "only post to the Contributions Module"?

Events With Rooms Displayed
We would not be excited about a calendar if it defaulted to displaying events with room numbers. We frequently have events posted with multiple rooms so a calendar like that would get pretty messy in a hurry. We use the "Room Set-up Schedule to see a list of events with the associated rooms listed. ...

For planning purposes, a text report would be great providing that you had the ability to selected the date and time range in question. The plan view is some what helpful except that whwn you print it, it does not reprint the room info on each page of the time columns. Thank you for the prompt reply.
