Would we need to include Payroll on our chart of accounts if we normally use an outside vendor (ADP) to handle all of our payroll?

There has been many years of not reconciling. If I use that same process that you mention going through those years would it still work?

The person who was working with our PowerChurch left. We discover nothing was ever reconciled in years so nothing is balanced correctly. Is there a way to start over with the correct bank information and move forward from there?

Thanks for your reply. The expense for the food came from the ticket sales. So how should I proceed?

We sold tickets for a Member prayer breakfast all for expenses no part of it a donation or ads. Where would I record that in Power Church? Would that be under a new contribution fund?

During our lack of electricity for three months as a result of a burglary, a member donated 2 generators. Where should we record that donation?
