Okay, we figured out what is happening.
She was using the date selector above the filter button in the menu next to the calendar. This produced nothing. When she scrolls from today's date, everything is fine.

That is accurate. This is a networked copy and she has events through October 31, but nothing on November 1 and so on. Ryan Definitely strange if she has access to all the 'all church' activities. Sorry, let me clarify.
The person in question can see NO events beyond November 1, but I can. I have check to make sure that all of the November calendar is in view, as well.
She is the only user that has this issue as of now.

I have recurring events through the end of the year.
I can see all of them on my events calendar. However, my Business Admin cannot see anything past November.

Normally, I would agree with you, but this is how the Crystal Reports file brings up the report. I'm not losing the last page when I am sending it to the printer. That wouldn't help, as it would only show the results, not the underlying cause. A few more debugging ideas: Have you tried saving as a Word document, then printing from that to see what happens? Can you create the report on another computer and then print from there to see what happens ? I apologi...

1. We have made changes. I should note that in this process we even elected to create a whole new list, but the same thing happens...no last page. 2. The report comes out this way.
