:wall: I have filed our church's 1099's electronically for a number of years. This year there is a message below the File Electronically button (which is grayed out and not active) that "E-Filing is only supported for tax year 2018." There must be something that I don't understand. What am I missing?

Many years ago I enabled a system user password. Now, the software is located such that I no longer need to have a password. I have read the help file but must be missing something. Any ideas?
