PC 8.5 had a report called Unreconciled Transactions, v.9 does not have this report. Has it been removed, or is it called something else?

Report dates
In version 9.0, even when you select the European dates option in Preferences, all reports generated give US dates. It is very confusing when the dates entered in PowerChurch don't match the dates viewed in reports.

When is the new version for sale?
Sorry if this has been announced already, but I'd like to know when the new version is available. We've hired a new bookkeeper and I'd like to get him on the new software as soon as it's available!

The problem would be if you then logged into someone else's machine that didn't have dual monitors, the quick menu would appear off of the screen and there would be now way to move the quick menu to where it would be visible. We don't have this problem when the quick menu is in the PC+ window becau...

All of our programmers use dual monitors and it is a time saver. Unfortunately, you can't drag the quick menus or reports outside of the PowerChurch Plus window. If you were to expand the PowerChurch window over both monitors it should work though. A new feature in version 9 is that the program wil...

The new multiple equity accounts feature in version 9 should also make it possible to reduce the total number of funds that you might need. Can you elaborate? I'd like to know more... For our organization (parachurch), we need to track each program we run as a seperate operation. Each program has i...

Dual Monitors
I'm not sure how important this is for any ther users, but I would like PowerChurch to be better setup for dual monitors. It would be great if the "Quick Menus" and reports could be dragged out of the PC window onto a second monitor. This would allow me to view multiple reports at a time without hav...

Ron, I would recommend that you set up sub accounts for your designations instead of funds. 34 funds and growing is way too many. Having this many funds creates a lot of extra work for you and uses a lot of paper to print everything out. Matt Yup. Each of our funds has sets of subaccounts. For exam...

Strange happenings in Contrib module
This is an odd one.
I have a donation that shows up in the View Posted Contributions view, but not anywhere else: not in the Account Activity, the Selected Contributors report or in an Individual Contribution Statement.
How can this be? What do I do to correct this?

Why is the Cash Flow report not a Cash Flow Statement?
I'm not an accountant, so maybe my understanding is not clear on what a Cash Flow Statement is. In PowerChurch, the Cash Flow report simply prints an account activity for the bank account I specify. When I look in my accounting textbook, a Cash Flow Statement is a financial statement that shows me h...

Thanks for the reply. I am using a networked printer (Ricoh Aficion 250) and using the driver that comes with XP for it, and it is set up as the default printer. The drive is mapped. The confusing part of this is that it is sporadic - if it NEVER worked to run reports, it would be a bit easier to tr...
