I don't use it either. Was just exploring what some reports do.

Re: Report: Totals By Fund Type possible Bug

I did a re-index and that didn't help.

Using Versing 12.2 in Win 10.

Report: Totals By Fund Type possible Bug

From the electronic manual....Totals by Fund Type. Displays contribution totals as a breakdown of Fund Types. Includes count and percentage of donations and unique donors for each. Heh, wanted to prove I read the manual! :D I was looking at contribution reports and this one is peculiar. No matter if...

Re: How to correct a bank deposit error

That has to be frustrating. First question I have to ask is 'Was the wrong deposit slip used?' If not I would contact the bank to have them correct the deposit. If doing any of the following, do a backup of accounting. Then if things go haywire, you can restore your backup and try again. If the wron...

Re: Need to "Unvoid" a check.

Wouldn't it be easier to go to the bank and have them correct it on their end? Deduct the $.80 from your churches account and deposit it in the payee's account? Eugene The employee's income also has to be adjusted. Even 80 cents can change the overall annual tax. I understand that. My thinking was ...

Re: Direct Deposit of Paychecks with our local Bank

Is there any other way through PowerChurch or another program that you're familiar with for us to post pay stubs online rather than printing. It seems that the younger generations/Millennials do not want paper copies of pay stubs. They want things to be quicker and more efficient. I've started sear...

Re: Correcting a posted contribution

I always wait until I get the bank deposit receipt back before I post contributions. Did the same thing as you and had to go in to correct it. I had even posted in Funds Account. Was easier to correct in contributions before it was posted. There are two things that you can do when entering contribu...

Re: Voiding / Reissue Hanging Check

I have a similar issue. I used a personal debit to pay a conference deposit. Church reimbursed me by check. I deposited the check in my personal accunt, different bank from church bank. My statement shows deposit. Check didn't show on the church statement for three months so I talked to the bank. Th...

Re: Nit picky bug?

Well, it doesn't read that way on v11.55. Maybe its time to upgrade  Sounds like something that either got missed in QA, or accidentally changed in an MR. Now that you reported it, I'm guessing that when they check this thread on Monday, it'll be added to the quick fix list for the next MR. I'...

Nit picky bug?

I am using Version 11.1. Under Maintain Manual Checks, if you click on the plus button you get the quick add vendor screen. On that screen there is another plus button. If you hover over it the pop up label says Add New Vendor. Shouldn't that say Add New Account since it takes you to the add new acc...

Sorry ... it was in the same vein of questions, didn't look to see where it was coming from :)
It's okay, sometimes I don't know where I'm coming from...or where I'm going.

Re: new powerchurch setup gone wrong

I have to ask, Can you have a 14 month fiscal year? A year starting Jul 1 would normally end Jun 30
