Hello- We are in the middle of our VBS. We have accidently made two activity categories for our VBS volunteers and need to move them all to a single activity. Short of deleting and re-adding, is there any way to move all the volunteers at the same time?

When promoting kids to the next grade level, we have successfully moved them up a grade via the "maintain activities and skills" function. However, when going back to check a specific name that has been promoted, they are still listed in the lower class. WHY??

What is the difference between an event and activity? Would an event be children's church and the activity be 2nd grade (for example) ?

HOw can I edit the activity names?

For instance, we have two activities
1) 2 y.o. childcare
2) 2 y.o sunday school


and all that shows up is 2 y.o. under the activities check in. We have to guess as to which one we are are checking them into.
