I file annual form 944. Medicare wages on form are 348.19. My computer W3 totals would be 348.72. Two Employees w/h, one is off by 6 cents, the other 46 cents. What do i change to make the w2 & w3 right. Thanks. windows xp. version 9

Our church recieved some money for a damaged roof. Money was put in an income account 4700. Now we are paying the roofer. Can i take the money from 4700 or create an expense account and transfer the money there, then pay the roofer from that account. Is one way or the other better or does it matter?...
