I apologize for my errors; I got my Maintain's mixed up. Sorry about that! As you say, officers do not show up in "Maintain Activities and Skills;" I'm not sure what I looked at that made me think they did. Oops!

How about the "salutation" field? We put the two first names in that field formatted: David & Mary. If you also do this, the only thing you might have to worry about is whether you had used diminutives (Dave & Mary). I see it's an available field in the Family Mailing List custom reports.

Once you have entered attendance data for an activity/date, you can edit that data by opening Fast Data Entry and entering that same activity code and date.
