Re: Financial Reports Missing Last Digit
A decision has been made to have our Administrative Secretary initiate a call to PowerChurch Technical Support for further assistance since the problem appears to be more complex than we initially thought. Having me act as an intermediary trying to answer questions has proved awkward at best. I have...

Re: Financial Reports Missing Last Digit
Thanks NeilZ. I sincerely appreciate your effort to provide consultation. Obviously I did not make it clear this is definitely a software rather than printer problem. When generating the reports in PowerChurch the reports are always missing the last digit when they appear on the screen. When subsequ...

Thanks for the suggestions provided so far, but we still have not come up with the solution to our problem of the lost digit. We checked and we have the maintenance release PCPlus v 10/10.4 dated 11/21/2011 installed. We tried saving the reports as PDF files and then printing. Problem still persists...

Re: Sending Monthly Accounts Receivable Statements Via E-mail
Thanks for your extremely timely response. Since posting my question, our Treasurer contacted me and indicated that he misspoke in his original information request. He does not want to send accounts receivable statements via e-mail. All he wants to do is send contribution statements to members. I al...

Therefore, I would not mind losing those reports. Since everything else seems to be working fine in PC V9, is there a way to reinstall just th...
