I have never run a reindex from the utilities menu. I didn't know that I should be doing that.

Summary level is 6
All entries are posted through the General Journal. I've been doing the same thing for years and this is the first month I've had this issue.
When I say print - I mean print preview only shows the Income

Accounting funds (blank = all)
Display Budgeted and non-budgeted subtotals
Column 2: Year to date actual
Column 3: Previous year actual
Column 4: Previous year to date


Then when I print...only the Income appears on the statement

I have downloaded and installed the MR and restarted my computer. I tried to print the Income & Expense Statement and it still only shows the income and no expenses.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Is there anyway to adjust the bottom margin on the tax receipts, or delete a space before the "footer" so the last line is fully printed? Currently my bottom line of type only shows the top half of the words.

I have just completed May, however, the Pastor brought to my attention that the amount in Miscellaneous Income should have been designated under a new acct Lease Income. That entry was made in March.

How can I make this change without it interferring with the completed months following?
