Does anyone have a better/different way of entering grade levels for children other than as an activity? (ex, SS: K #1001 and VBS: K #2001)

So if we were to do it the way you suggested, Neil, would we just keep using the same VBS activity number each year for each grade, i.e. VBS - K #5010 and delete all of the info in that activity prior to the new VBS year? Or would you perhaps do VBS - K 6010 the next year? ...

Thanks for your input. The mystery is solved! The reason "& family" appeared is because all of these women have daughters still included in their family profiles who are age 18 or over. Appreciate your help--God bless you.

I have an example of this problem and hope there is a solution soon. When I print a list of people who have a particular activity assigned to them, it uses the "preferred" name. When I print labels for that same activity, it uses the "given" name. What gives?
