We have a liablity account set up for our Health Reimbursement agreement plan. Each year the amount of the agreement changes so I need to enter a new beginning balance in the account. V9 will not allow me to change the beginning balance from the maintain chart of accounts option - how to I go about ...

Ok - the printer settings were only 8x10 - the report is fine now.

Problem with Reports

:shock: The "accounting fund balances" report is printing with the right margin off the page both in the physical report and in the screen report - is there any way to adjust the margins so the report fits on the sheet?

We had our checks printed and packaged in reverse order to compensate. What about the checks that have the identical reference number - once that happens everything else is incorrect. Why would it print to identical reference numbers on two different checks?? :?

Yes, I sent out e-mails to all our people telling them to use the internet site to give their contributions only if necessary. Ok - Thanks - Another related problem. PayPal charges 2.9% on the dollar and .30 per transaction for its services. That means that if I give $10.00 my church will only get $9.41. Electronic Contributions

We just established a PayPal account on our web site so folk can make contributions via the Internet. How would you suggest that we deal with these transfers to our account. We will have to count these contributions as cash but how would we deal with the contributors in the contribution modual?
