I just started using PC10, and have entered all of my accounting data. At the end of posting everything, I checked the checkbook balance against my bank account and found a difference of 122.20. This was a check that has been taken out of my bank account - but I never accounted for it in PC leaving ...

I entered my contributions and updated the fund accounting module. The contributions show up in the check register - but do not show up as income in the budget. Why is this???

The posting process in Contributions knows that accounting is not setup yet, so it disables the option to post to accounting. Once you finish the accounting setup assistant, the option will be enabled. I have run the accounting setup (I thought) becuase I am already entering/processing account data...

Once the attendance had been entered for any given event, is there a way to report the "numbers" from that event?

I am new to PC, and read in the owners manual where I can update my fund accounting after I have entered contributions. I am able to post them, but then have to go re-enter the depost in the accounting module. Why is "Update Fund Accounting" selection - grayed out when I try to post the contributions?
