1. Activity does have "print name badge" checked.
2. This was an existing family.
3. 'Require check out from this activity' is checked and 'print name badge' is checked.
Again, after checking them out, we were able to check them in and print the labels...all labels then printed.

We have had an ongoing random issue with labels not printing for the entire family. It has been happening once per Sunday, but this past Sunday it happened three times. 1 - Label printed for two out of four children in the same family. 2 - Label printed child's but not the parent's. 3 - Label printe...

Re: click here to enter text
I am having the same issue. Running XP on all systems. The allergy does print on the label if there is an allergy; if not it prints "click here to enter text." How do we modify it so if there are no allergies, nothing appears in that field?

Re: Wrong Activity
We have two services on Sunday. Each child can be checked into the 9:30 or 11:00 or both. So there is an option for the child to be checked into three activities. If someone accidentally chooses 9:30 instead of 9:30 and 11:00. We have them checked into the wrong activity. We have to check them out a...

Re: Multiple Services
Already know....
Unfortunately, when we do the report, I have to go back and count the kids from the 9:30 and 11:00 activity code twice. So a bit more extra time involved. I can't wait until PC is able to fix this.

Re: Multiple Services
This is how I've got mine set up also. How do you do the headcount? Do you use the check-in system? Or is someone phyisically counting them?

Re: Multiple Services
Yes, large group does break down into small groups in different classrooms. There is no need for notes to a second classroom. The children are walked to the teacher.
We are happy with the notes/allergies that are printed when the child checks in.

Wrong Activity
With multiple kiosks and volunteers checking in families, there will always be errors. After checking a child into an activity and the name tag had been printed, we discovered the child was checked into the wrong activity. The only way to check them into the correct activity is to check the child ou...

Multiple Services
We have two services that our kids can be checked in to on Sunday morning. The services are different (large and small group). We encourage the kids to attend both. Does anyone have an idea of how to check them into both services without it printing mulitple name tags? Right now I have set up three ...
