1099-K
I just found out about the 1099-K form the IRS has been drafting the last few years.
According to CNNMoney.com this will take effect in 2012.
I printed a copy of the draft off the IRS website; now I need to find the instructions.
Is PowerChurch working on a form to be printed from PowerChurch?

Re: Version 11 Payroll
I just had the same thing happen this morning. 1. No, I don't have the latest MR. I will as soon as everyone leaves for the day. 2. Yes: I am using the same payroll item numbers for each employee; it is the employer liability FICA & Medicare; it is also our state tax; it is only on hourly employees....

Re: Designated Giving Report
Thank you Neil. I respectfully disagree with you, but what I should have FIRST was "leave it alone!":P I just re-entered the Contribution as a negative. I didn't know about a Reverse button. I just found it in the View Posted Contrib.; but I can not find a module that says Modify Posted Contribution...

Re: Contribution Fund Type
Thanks. The reason I kept Honors & Memorials seperate was because: 1. the acknowlegement cards were written that way. I created my own generic Thank You for Your Gift card several years ago...So that is no longer an issue. 2. I type a list for our monthly mail-out. Our secretary agreed with me that ...

Re: Tax Table Rounding Off Option
Secretary is still not satisfied. She stressed that your reponse was for Fed taxes only & she knows anyone can set up what they want witheld from their paycheck. She reiterated that Social Security and Medicare have to be exact or she can get audited.
Anyway, I appreciate what you wrote. Thank you

Tax Table Rounding Off Option
Last year I thought it would be easier to fill out my monthly tax forms if I rounded off the paychecks and tax tables. (Turned out I was wrong...one rounds off & the other doesn't) Last week our secretary came in very anxious because her accountant told her; since I rounded off everything her withho...
