I believe they bounce back from AOL, but I'm not really sure what is happening. I get a message in Outlook that the email was not able to be delivered. This happens with everyone who has an AOL address - no exceptions.

I am using version 9. I have version 10 but have not yet installed it. Will it fix this problem?

I am new to this and need some help. When sending group email, and addresses to aol are rejected. I don't know what is causing this. Also, is there any way to put a picture in the body of the email. I tried doing this and everyone just received a red "x". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank...
