Thanks. I am not sure I understand why I had the problem as I did not do any of the things you mentioned. There was no problem entering the data to set up the invoice and I didn't edit it in any way before writing the check. But, I will contact support and see if they can help.

I am the only one who adds, updates, records attendance, etc. The problem I had with the update is that I had to try numerous times to get it to do the update.
