Is netsetup required even if I am not running the program on a network? How do I go about running the netsetup? Just put in the cd and browse the cd to find it and run it?

I will take a look at the netsetup and see if that will help me. I don't have the exact message but I will get it if the netsetup doesn't cure my problem. Thanks for all of the help.
