I am also having problems printing the labels. I went into "printers" and changed it to labels. When I go into Preferences; and click on "Custom Report; there is no drop down box that says "group" or "ungroup". We have v9 and also have the lastest maintainance release. Hope someone can help me..soon...

We are having the same problem; but we have version 9. Are you planning on updating version 9 to accommodate the dvd drive problem in Vista?
