Thanks I found the solution myself in the properties of the lastname field...

The family name is not showing.. it's in the Group header
lastname + firstname + a_address

I followed the steps found on powerchurch's website to create a directory, and have one issue...
On the 2nd instance of the same last name (different family), the last name is hidden even though the "hide duplicates" is not checked...

Any idea how to make the last name show up?

I am helping someone remotely export the datafile as excel. I don't have a copy of the software to see what she is seeing. After the file was exported using the "finish" button, we cannot find it anywhere using the search for files entering all or part of the filename. Any ideas?
