Does OpenSSL "Bleeding Heart Event" cause any issues to IDS Clients? Should we change the Password for IDS log on screen? If yes, how do we do that?

Has anyone reported a loss of data in PowerChurch online user community? One of my clients reported a set of payroll data missing after she entered the data and printed out the payroll stubs. There are several reasons for using external system. 1: It gives you stats about who opens our e mails, it processes "unsubscribe" and other features, which allows us to keep our PowerChurch Database clean.
