I think we've been seeing the updating to version 14 message for over 2 months now. When should we expect to see this implemented for our church account?

Likewise, how long until this should be fixed? Our church has also had provide our counters (tellers) the "Add/Change" access so that they can enter the collection data and print the appropriate reports and deposit slip. The problem is for users that have "Data Entry Only" Access to the contributions module. Hi Neil, I thought I might need to wait until Monday. Is it working for you? I tried the complete removal of the IDS client, followed by reinstallation, etc., and it's the same as before – never bringing up the file save window for choosing the file name/location. Some ISPs have outgoing email set so that you can only send through their servers if you're actually connected to their network.
