Re: Children's Check In question?
Ok. And that only applies to the children since we don't require check out for adults?

Children's Check In question?
We check in our volunteers at the same time we do our children. Our volunteer's stay checked in for the morning but the children do not. for example, I check in volunteer John Smith and his children Amy and Kathy. When I go in 15 minutes later to check in volunteer Sue Smith [in the same family] the...

Re: Check In Difficulty
My posting was just stating that I felt PC+ didn't really state that clearly. I figured out that you have to log in by clicking on the icon on the lower right hand corner of the checkin kiosk. No where in either the tutotial, the PC+ book or the online help guide does it say that. I was just stating...

Re: Check In Difficulty
I set the station to manned station; still have to click on that to log in. Also, I made our classes to be available all the time, not just for certain events.

Re: Check In Difficulty
Check in is a great tool and we're excited to begin using it. Interestingly enough though, no one has responded to this post...but since posting my dilemma I learned that one has to click on the little wheels on the lower right hand corner to actually log in to the check in kiosk. One would think th...

Check In Difficulty
I have set up all initial items to initiate check in. However, when I search for a child's name, click on it. It doesn't appear then on the screen where you actually check mark their name. So therefor I cannot check in bags, etc. Is this a problem with the kiosk not interfacing with the database? Or...

Color Coded Events
Is there a way to color code events? I loved that feature in Outlook and there are some great things associated with the events module, I would really love the color feature.

Outlook Converts
I have used outlook as long as you have. While I was excited to see how PC+ would set up events, I was a bit disappointed. It was kind of half and half actually, to be fair. I love the multiple features such as who is invited to the event, what rooms are being utilized, contact person, etc. However,...
