Re: MR for second computer to use dymo labels

There are possibly two things going on here. First, you may need to update just the kiosk. This could be if you installed the kiosk from an old disk. If this is the issue, we can certainly get you a link to the old kiosk maintenance release. If you have downloaded the latest server maintenance relea...

Re: Check In - 11/10/2010 Maintenance Release

Shortly after Check In was released we changed the design behind the Kiosk/Server interaction. The idea is that instead of having two different maintenance release files to download, we combined it into one single file. The kiosk will check it's version with the server and push a new version of the ...

Re: 4.2.1 Authentication message sending email

In version 11 we added the ability to tweak the delay between connects and sending emails. PowerChurch connects to the server sends X emails (waiting Y miliseconds between each) disconnects and waits Z milliseconds before repeating the process. You can adjust these settings by going to File > Prefer...

Re: Question on: Deposit Slip Report

It may not be considered a bug that it shows negatives (although it doesn't make sense that it would) because if you have a mistake and the contributions are still unposted you can simply change the contribution in the Modify Unposted Contributions screen rather than trying to reverse the contributi...

Re: 941 report – required files were missing

We've isolated this issue and fixed it. The program was looking in each user's Z:\ drive for the PDFs instead of the central installation. A new executable has been uploaded and it should be working for everyone.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Re: 941 report – required files were missing

That's exactly what that message means.
The 941 and Schedule B templates need to be in a specific place and apparently they aren't after the release.
We'll verify that they were installed correctly for the PowerChurch Online release. (They were during testing  )

Re: Creating AP entres in Payroll

Rodney, I am unable to reproduce this behavior. If I process the AP payments, I only see the current PR when I create the AP payments after processing another batch of PR checks. If you go to "Help" > "About PowerChurch" and click on the "System Information" tab, what is the program date? Also, just...

Re: Upgrade to Version 11

The PowerChurch Online servers will be updated in groups. The users in each group will be notified in advance to inform them when they will be upgraded. After the upgrade when you log in you will simply see an icon for PowerChurch version 11. Due to the large amount of work that is typically done in...

Re: Sending attachments using group email & Gmail

There is an issue with the component we use for emails. When using Windows Vista (and probably Windows 7) and sending emails through a server that requires SSL (like Gmail) the attachments will become corrupted. A new version of the component is available: http://powerchurchsoftware.com/support/pc10...

Re: Generating a Pictoral Directory

Thanks Zorak, I found the files in the x86 folder as you said. Very interesting problem. Which is why many businesses are still on XP, something always seems to break when M$ does an 'upgrading' of its OS. This isn't actually an issue specific to x64, it was just easier to find on a x64 machine. Ei...
