How to change Fund Bal. beginning balance
I think it's going to be best to do the reset. I just wanted to be sure I wouldn't have a complete setup of everything to do all over again.That answers my questions quite well. Thanks so much.

How to change beginning balance in Fund Accounting
Thanks for the quick reply. If I hit the restart accounting button, I know it will delete my existing accounting information, so I would need, of course, to keep a back up copy of those previous years. Then I would have to re-setup the Accounting. I'm wondering, will it also delete all the Contribut...

Years ago,when our church first set up PowerChurch accounting, the BEGINNING BALANCE for the 300 Acct Fund Balance was entered incorrectly. Is there a way to change this entry and replace it with the correct figure, or is there a journal entry that can be made to do this? I have asked our CPA, but n...

Need 'purpose driven' Chart of Accounts set up
We have a new Pastor, old one retired, and the new Pastor follows the Purpose-Driven Church model, and would like the Chart of Accounts set up to reflect that type of ministry's income and expenses, etc. Does anyone have a sample Purpose Driven Chart of Accounts set up they can send me?
