Wish List - Member Number
We would like to be able to do a member number that would be different than the envelope number. I am not seeing any options. Could this be added to the program in a future upgrade/update?

We are running through a network. Nothing else was running - not even on the main computer. Twice the crash happened when it was just loading. Once it crashed when I tried to view "page 2". the computer is beefed up - I use it to make movies. It did seem to work better without the "zero contribution...

It would happen when it was loading the report for viewing. There was an error message, and the program closed, and sent a notification to Microsoft. I did not look at the details of the message. I did select to print statements with no contributions.

Perfect fix! Thanks for your help. We discovered what happened to our balances. We entered the amounts for the line items first in AR in the invoice. When we then entered the total at the top it changed the first line to the total. When we saved the transaction, it changed the total to match the new...

Wrong amounts Entered in Receivables
We entered the wrong amounts for items in receivables, and discovered it after posting everything. How can we reverse the payment made in receivables? Will this correct fund accounting, too?

I thank you guys for checking this. I am going to wait until the secretary releases the repeating items for July. If it does it again, I will post again. If it has the new bank name, then I will know that she entered the correction after she released the repeating, and it will have been our problem....

It is only titled "Description" and matches the Description entry on the Maintain Open Invoices screen.

Our bank has changed names, and we updated all of the places that the old name was used in PC. We have the monthly tax payment set up as a repeating item. We have done this. I noticed this was happening when I looked at the birthday list in the PowerChurch Today screen on startup. Is there a way to not see those names in this listing?

I think the easiest thing to do is to manually enter the amount when reviewing the w2s. As I understand, in v11 it will now keep that information for you when you finish, just in case you need to reprint. I would not recomend working this through payroll.
