It sounds like your CSV file has commas (thousands separators) in the numbers, which for comma-separated-values purposes, is not a good idea.

Otherwise, if it's not extra commas confusing the file structure, then it's just the file structure that is not aligned to what the software is expecting.

It sounds like either the transactions were duplicated or there is a problem/corruption in the data.

On the Integrated Data Entry screen on the Family Members tab, click the Add Profile button below the list of family members.

You could do that, but PowerChurch also recognizes when you have two different employees set up with the same SSN. So you could just add a second employee record for the pastor with different pay items on a different pay schedule.

Verify the accounts that are used in the debits and credits in the transactions. It sounds like the check as it was entered doesn't use the accounts you are looking at on the Account Activity or Reconcile Bank Accounts screen.
