I can't speak to why that option isn't there, but I can write up a suggestion for you. If the new phone format option is added at some point, it likely wouldn't be added to Version 12.

There is a separate property/permission under System Utilities for Change Custom Codes that applies across all areas the user has add/change permissions in.

PowerChurch doesn't use a specific version of TLS. It uses whatever is installed and set to default on the computer where it is running. This has been updated in recent Windows versions via Windows Update.
