The important thing is what happens when you choose "yes" on that prompt. If you choose "no", then it's still not installing.

It sounds like the installation isn't able to complete, which is why it's coming up every time saying it needs to install.
Try running PowerChurch as administrator - Instead of double clicking the PowerChurch icon, right click and choose Run As Administrator.

You can make a backup in PowerChurch by going to Utilities > Backup & Restore. Choose Backup Files.
To restart accounting, go to File > Preferences > Accounting Setup. Click the Restart Accounting button.

Next time you enter that transaction in Fund Accounting > Enter Transactions, check the option at the bottom of the screen that reads "Save as repeating transaction". Then next time you need to enter that transaction, click the Recall Repeating Transaction button at the bottom of the screen.
