The IRS just recently updated the final version of the 941 for 2025. We have the form updated in an internal testing build. It will be included in the next Maintenance Release.

You could do that, but PowerChurch also recognizes when you have two different employees set up with the same SSN. So you could just add a second employee record for the pastor with different pay items on a different pay schedule.

Verify the accounts that are used in the debits and credits in the transactions. It sounds like the check as it was entered doesn't use the accounts you are looking at on the Account Activity or Reconcile Bank Accounts screen.

The numbers in PowerChurch are actually generated by doing the math in the table.
