That is exactly what happened to me last summer (and that is exactly how I fixed my problem.) Just a heads up in case this happens to you...A couple months after I posted my OOB entry the system suddenly 'fixed' itself. Then I was out by the amount of my OOB entry so at that point I reversed my OOB ...
