I told it to print the account info on the stub and it will now print the account number and name at the bottom, but still will not put any of the description lines on the stub. Thought I had it, so I am re-writing this post. I found the box to add account posting info to stubs, but it still didn't give me what I need.

I tried resetting the custom check and moving the date and all again and the same thing happens. If I type a description next to the account I used, I still can't see the account or description on the stub. It used to be that if I typed a description next to the account it printed on the stub. What I am talking about is each line that you add with the account and description. In payroll that is salary, each tax line, insurance, etc. You can see the fields on the checks and the payroll info prints on the stubs. I am wondering why the other lines don't print on the stubs or how to make sure...

I am using the custom check feature just to move the amount and date lines. However, on the stubs, it does not show the individual line description, or notes as it says on the screen layout.
