This person had no envelope number, because he is a visitor and has made no contributions thus far. I tried deleting the email address, saving, and even exiting PowerChurch before I re-entered the email address to no avail. Then he sent me a different email address to use, and I entered and saved it...

No, I'm not filtering at all. Today, I'm going to try deleting his entire entry and re-entering it. Perhaps that will get him back in the bulk email queue?

With at least one person's email address in our Membership database, I can send an individual email through PowerChurch, but his address isn't even listed when I send a bulk email.
