What you describe should work. Yes, I have make the payment within 10 days of the payroll being cut.

We received a letter from our local Domestic Relations that an employee of our must now have his Child Support Payments automatically deducted from his payroll and have his employer (us) pay the state on his behalf. Also...the liabilty account is right, no difference. It is the income that is off, because it looks as though checks were written off of money that is not there.
