i made a mistake of not enabling an entry for the release of a restricted money for a transaction. now the transaction is already posted. is there any way I can add that entry without having to reverse the posted transaction?

How do i handle the finances of groups within our church that give thier moneys to us for safekeeping? eg. is the women's ministry group.
Besdies writing checks for thier own moneys, the church also supplements thier general expenditure from the church's own fund.
