budget donor restricted funds
How can I budget restricted funds? Our church wants to use restricted building funds received to pay the mortgage. But it affects the income/expense report as it 'grabs" all the building restricted funds received, not just the $ used to pay the loan. (we received 2010.00 and the loan pmt was 1462.00...

Yes: Contributions: (unrestricted) are 6030.37 And restricted 2010.00 for the building fund. The monies from the bldg fund are used in our new budget to pay off the new mortgage. Can you do that?? restricted income shows up in Income/Expense Budget report
I am doing the month end Income/Expense Budget report. For some reason the restricted income is included as income on the income and expense report and shows we are in the black, rather than in the red. Any idea what I did wrong?
