Thanks for the reply. We're checking with the church treasurer to see if we can figure out the discrepancy in the figures. Manual checks have been written for payroll not using PC. We now need to enter those checks. We'd like to show our prepaid pledges as income equally divided throughout the year so we don't spend it all at once.
