Modifying data in Accounts Payable?

Is there a way to modify information in the Accounts Payable module? I had to reverse a transaction and then issued it again through a manual check repeating entry because it was quite a complicated transaction. But now AP shows two entries instead of just one. Is there a way to fix this, or a bette...

Custom Check set-up memo line

We're just starting to use the computer generated check printing. A couple of questions: 1. What gets printed in the "memo field"? I've tried a few sample checks and can't get anything to print out there. 2. Is there a way to have the expense account to which the check is charged to print our somewh...

Is there a way to add the expense account number to the custom check printout--bottom part of the stub. Our bookkeeper would like that info if possible. Thanks

payroll check amount not agree with amt in check register

When I print out a payroll check through manual check screen it prints out ok, but the amount listed in the check register is the gross amount instead of the net check amount. We have 2 deductions and they are being deducted for printing the check, but not when listed in the check register. Any idea...

error message when changing contribution fund numbers

I've been updating our chart of accounts and our list of contribution funds. We had a power blip today and now I'm having trouble--getting an error message and then PCP9 shuts down when I go to save the new contribution fund # and account #s. It doesn't do it every time, but every 1-5 times. I downl...

We are redoing/condensing our chart of accounts to make it more simplified. Can you move an account from one fund to another?

Thanks!
