Re: Contribution Statement Error
Thank you for your response. We checked all of the entries on our unposted transaction report, which we print and save for the year. and they were all correct. All of the money was put in the correct funds. So the 130.00 was entered to the pledge fund and 30.00 was entered to the flower fund. Both o...

Contribution Statement Error
When I printed off Year End Contribution statements, there were a few errors. One was that the Fund Summary break-down was placing a contribution into a fund that was not selected. So, someone gave money as a pledge and it showed up in our Flower Fund even though it was entered as a pledge. Is there...

Re: Partial contribution to 2009
Thanks for your reply. I guess I am not understanding. If I check "do not apply this pledge", I am selecting the whole 300.00 and the whole 300.00 will not be applied. I want to apply 200.00 to the pledge for the current year. How do I apply the 200.00 to this year and 100.00 to next year? How will ...

Partial contribution to 2009
We have a parishoner who wrote a check for the wrong amount. She wants to apply 200.00 to her pledge in 2009 and 100.00 to her 2010 pledge. How do I do this? I realize that she has to claim all of the amount to her 2009 taxes, but how do I apply part of the check to her 2010 pledge without it affect...

Fonts on Payable to area in checks
When I print a check, the printing goes over the "Pay to the order of" area on my checks. Is there a certain font that I need to use so this does not happen? How do I change the font or the printing so this does not happen?

Establishing contributions as restricted
Hi, We have a number of funds set up in PowerChurch that include restricted money. An example is the Flower Fund. When we get a check on Sunday designated for Flower Fund, it is being handled through the contributions system fine except that the amount of restricted money in the Flower Fund is not b...

Fund Contribution question
When I add a contribution to a restricted account, it does not increase the amount of the restriction. Is there way to set up PowerChurch to do that automatically? We have it set up to automatically increase the amount in the account, but it doesn't automatically set it up to increase the amount of ...
